📜 Terms & Conditions – Website Development (All Plans)

1. Project Scope

• Each plan includes website design and development according to the features listed for the selected package on mashoorme.in/affordable-business-websites/. Mashoor Me

• The plan covers only the number of pages, functionalities, and inclusions listed in the package (e.g., “Single Page Website”, “5-Page Website”, “Business Website with Blog”). Mashoor Me

• Any additional pages, extra features beyond the plan, new custom development, or major design changes will be treated as a separate requirement and charged additionally.

2. Deliverables Included

Depending on the plan selected, your package will include:

• 1 year of hosting. Mashoor Me

• 1 year of domain registration. Mashoor Me

• Free SSL certificate for secure browsing. Mashoor Me

• Up to 3 revisions (for the packages listed: Starter Blitz ₹4,500, Pro Presence ₹7,000, Elite Showcase ₹9,500). Mashoor Me

• For the “Business Website with Blog” plan: 5-8 pages, WordPress CMS, blog setup and SEO-friendly blog. Mashoor Me

• Note: For certain packages, “managed hosting” is provided and direct hosting access by the client is not given. Mashoor Me

3. Content & Materials

• The client must provide all necessary text, logos, and images in digital format in timely manner.

• If content creation, rewriting or special image sourcing is required, it will be billed separately.

• The developer is not responsible for copyright or license issues arising from content or media supplied by the client.

4. Project Timeline

• An estimated timeline will be shared on confirmation of the plan and receipt of required content.

• Delays in content submission, approvals, feedback, or payments may extend the delivery timeline.

• Any fast-track or expedited service will require additional payment and separate agreement.

5. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment (typically 50% of plan cost) is required to start the project.

• The remaining balance must be cleared before the website is made live.

• Hosting, domain renewal, or any additional features beyond what’s included in the plan will be charged separately as per schedule.

6. Ownership & Rights

• On full payment, the client receives rights to the website design, content, domain (where applicable) and can operate it as their own.

• The developer reserves the right to feature the work in their professional portfolio, on mashoorme.in or for promotional/display purposes.

7. Maintenance & Support

• Basic support (e.g., bug fixes, minor updates) is provided for a defined period after launch (e.g., 30 days) unless stated otherwise.

• Additional changes, content edits, new features or ongoing support beyond this period will be billable under a separate maintenance contract.

8. Renewal & Expiry

• Hosting, domain and SSL certificate inclusions are valid for one year from launch.

• Renewal reminders will be provided ahead of expiry.

• If renewal is not completed in time, the website may go offline until payment/renewal is completed.

9. Revision Policy Summary

• 🔄 Additional revisions or changes beyond the included rounds will be charged per update.

• 📝 Revision requests must be clear, consolidated, and provided via agreed communication channels to avoid misinterpretation.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once the design/development process has commenced.

• If cancellation is requested before any work begins, a partial refund (e.g., up to 50% of advance) may be considered at the developer’s discretion.

11. Confidentiality

• All client data, login credentials, business information and project details will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

12. Communication

• All official updates, feedback, and revision requests will be handled through WhatsApp, email or agreed project channel.

• Timely feedback and approvals from the client are essential to keep the project on schedule.

13. Limitation of Liability

• The developer will not be liable for issues arising from third-party services (e.g., hosting downtime, plugin conflicts, domain registrar problems) after the website handover.

• The client must ensure regular backups and maintenance once the one-year inclusions expire.
