At Mashoor Me, we do not believe in lock-in contracts or vague service delivery clauses. We establish clear refund boundaries before starting any project so that you know exactly what is protected and how resources are allocated.
2. Refund Terms by Service
🖥️ Web Development Projects
- Advance Deposits: A 50% advance deposit is required to book development slots. This payment covers initial domain registration, hosting server allocation, and design drafts, and is strictly non-refundable once coding begins.
- Project Cancellations: If a project is cancelled by the client during development, we reserve rights to retain the deposit to cover hours worked.
- Site Launches: Balance payments must be cleared before the website goes live on the primary domain. Once launched, all payments are non-refundable.
📍 Google Maps & SEO Listings
- Immediate Processing: Setup and listings optimization begin within hours of ordering. Therefore, once GMB listing creations or phone number updates are initiated, no refunds are issued.
- Expert Efforts: Creating business profiles on Google is free. You are paying Mashoor Me for the technical expertise, document coordination (GST/Udyam), and profile troubleshooting time.
- Rejections: We hold no refund liability if Google rejects number updates or profile reinstatements due to structural policy guidelines violation.
📣 Meta Ads & Lead Campaigns
We back our Meta Ads campaigns with a direct Service Fee Refund Guarantee. If we do not generate the volume of targeted leads promised in your campaign setup package, we refund 100% of Mashoor Me's campaign management fee.
⚠️ IMPORTANT EXCLUSION: Refunds do NOT include the actual ad spend fees paid directly to Meta (Facebook & Instagram platform billing for ad impressions). We do not control platform pricing.

4. Requesting a Refund
To lodge a refund request under the Meta Ads campaign guarantee, please email info@mashoor.me with:
- Your registered business name and phone number.
- Copy of the campaign contract detailing the lead target agreement.
- Google Sheets or CRM records showing lead volumes received.
Refund disputes are reviewed and processed within 7 working days. Approved refunds are credited back to the client's UPI or bank account.
